“In the glass industry today, I think it’s fair to say that unless you’re living under a rock, you’ve heard of HHH.  That being said, if you haven’t done business with them, you have no idea who they are.  Forget that they build one of the best furnaces in the industry and that they’ve been around for decades, it’s the service and relationship that puts them on top.  Mike, Terry and the team go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met and then some.  From helping decide which features you need and don’t need from YOUR company’s standpoint (not their accountants!), to choosing specific logistic companies where HHH employees hand load and unload the equipment, to the professional setup, expert training and most of all follow up service, in our experience there is no one better.  These folks become part of your team and try to help in ways outside of their obligation.  Having purchased multiple furnaces from them, as well as some from other companies, I can assure you that our experience was not a one-time coincidence without comparison.  To 310, the team at HHH are not only our partners, but our friends.”
